Description & Purpose
Ticker for Joomla - module for CMS Joomla 3, Joomla 4 and Joomla 5, with which you can add an animated ticker with text, a list of links and a list of images to your site. This module is easy to manage and does not require programming skills. All settings in the module: text, links and images, their colors and styles are configured through the administrator panel.
Three types of ticker display:
Text mode
In «Text» mode, the ticker will display a text notification. You can specify the text itself, set its color and color on mouseover. You can set a link for the text notification. You can also customize the typography of the text.
List mode
In the «List» mode, a list of links will be shown in the ticker. The list can be vertical or horizontal. In this mode you can customize the indents between links. There are no restrictions on the number of links, each link can be specified: name, address, opening attribute, REL attribute, the usual color of the link and color when pointing the mouse cursor at it. You can also customize the typography of the links list.
Image mode
In the Images mode, the ticker will show a list of images. The list of images can be horizontal or vertical. You can set the width, height and indentation between all images. The number of images in the ticker is unlimited. To each image you can customize: image, title, link, link open attribute and REL attributes.
A wide list of available settings allows you to customize the design of the ticker and its content in the most convenient way. You can set the background color, border, inner and outer indents, width and height of the crawl line. You can choose the ticker movement mode: from right to left, from left to right, from top to bottom and from bottom to top. In addition, you can specify the speed of movement and its stop by pointing the mouse cursor at the crawl line. The data in the ticker can be displayed continuously thanks to smart content duplication.

Key Module Features

The main module settings allow you to select the direction of the ticker, its speed, specify internal and external indents, set the border and background color.
You will be able to enter a text message, adjust the normal text color and the color of the text when you hover over it with your mouse. You can enable a link that will be available when you click on the notification text. You can customize the typography of the text.
You will be able to choose the type of links display: horizontal or vertical, set the distance between links. You can add an unlimited number of links. Each link can have a name, path, opening attribute, rel attribute, color, color when hovering over it with the mouse cursor. It is possible to customize the typography of the links list.
This type will allow you to design a ticker from a list of images. You will be able to customize the indents between images and the type of display, which can be horizontal or vertical. For each image you can: set the image, image name, link that will be opened by clicking on the image and link opening attribute.
