The plugin supports two display modes: Button and Manager. In Button mode, a standard floating button is added to your website, and clicking it sends the visitor directly to a WhatsApp chat with the phone number specified in the plugin settings. Meanwhile, Manager mode involves two steps: a floating button is placed on your site, and clicking it opens a popup window that displays the manager's details configured in the plugin settings along with a welcome message. At the bottom of this popup window, there is a button that opens a WhatsApp chat with the designated phone number.
The popup window in Manager mode offers a variety of useful settings. You can specify the manager's name and department, add a welcome message, and upload a profile photo. The plugin includes two pre-designed popup themes: light and dark.
